Graffiti when done right is awesome. I hate it when the tags are more like property damage than something cool to look at. I like to keep eyes on a few graffiti artists such as Faith 47, Swoon, Dolk and Miss Vann because they produce some really high quality pieces.

Very cool video. It is always interesting to see buildings this big completely empty. There is something just surreal about being in a big empty building. I've had the chance to prep a couple buildings for new production and to stand in 100,000+ square feet of empty space is a strange feeling. And very cool once all the equipment gets moved in and things get started up.
